Body

In Touch Ministries offers an extensive Employee Benefit Program for all regular full-time employees:

Health Insurance:  Medical, Dental, Vision, and Prescription Insurance  - available for employees and their dependent family members.  The Medical coverage is a PPO arrangement utilizing an extensive national network of providers.  

Flexible Spending Accounts  - an optional benefit that you may take part in to set aside moneys on a pre-tax basis for out of pocket costs of medical and/or dependent care. 

Life/AD&D Insurance  - provided by In Touch to eligible employees at no cost.  There is additional optional coverage available for employees and/or eligible dependents at an additional cost.

Short-term and Long-term Disability Insurance - provides financial security when illness or injury prevents you from working.  This coverage coordinates with other disability benefits to pay part of your earnings until you return to work.  The Ministry pays the entire cost for this coverage.

401(k) Retirement Savings Plan  - an excellent way for you to save for your future retirement.  Matching contributions are made for those participating in this plan. 

Other Benefits

Employee Lunch - The Ministry provides a catered lunch for staff each scheduled workday (Monday – Friday).

Gym Membership - Special corporate rates have been established with a local fitness center. Discounted family add-on rates are available as well.

Sick/Vacation Pay - Full-time employees will accrue up to a maximum of eight paid sick days per year with a payback incentive for good attendance.  Both full-time and part-time employees are eligible to take up to two weeks of vacation (prorated for new and part-time employees) each year with increased accrual rates for continued employment.

Holidays - The Ministry observes the standard US holidays which range from nine to ten each year.

Mind

In Touch offers its staff additional resources that assist in challenging and growing our knowledge:

Tuition Reimbursement – The Ministry will reimburse pre-approved tuition expenses up to a pre-determined maximum.

Product Discounts – When ordering products from In Touch Ministries, staff are eligible to receive a 50% employee discount.

On-site Reference Library – This library, a place of reflection and study, contains the theological references we use for preparing messages, training materials, and lessons.

Spirit

Staff members of In Touch Ministries are encouraged to continue to grow spiritually in their relationship with Jesus Christ and as such we schedule various events for time of prayer, devotion and praise:

Department Devotions -- Many departments will conduct daily or weekly staff devotions in a time of prayer, fellowship and encouragement.

Chapel - On a weekly basis the entire Atlanta-based staff come together for Chapel for prayer, praise, and In Touch updates.   Quarterly, we hold a special “In Touch Time”, where Dr. Stanley addresses the staff; we conduct special staff recognition, and learn more about the upcoming direction of InTouch.

Annual Day of Prayer - Our Annual Day of Prayer occurs each year in May in conjunction with the National Day of Prayer. We devote this time to prayer for our country, its leaders and our local community.
