Ministry Ambassadors
 Central Territory - Steve Madden
The Central territory is made up of Tennessee, Missouri, Arkansas, Mississippi, Alabama, and Kentucky. Steve is the newest member of the Ambassador team, coming to us from Mission Capital Management in Franklin, TN where he helped families multiply their resources so that they could maximize their productivity, creativity and generosity. Steve has directed membership development, e-commerce, strategic planning, research and database marketing initiatives.
Steve has been married to Pam since 1982. They have two sons, David and Jonathan, who are college age. Steve is an avid reader, writer, and distance runner. Steve’s personal relationship with Jesus Christ dates back to 1963 when he was six years old.
 Great Lakes Territory - Dan Borst
The Great Lakes territory includes Michigan, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, and Ohio. "My most rewarding professional position has been serving the friends of In Touch as the Foundation’s Regional Ministry Ambassador in the Great Lakes States", says Dan who lives in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Early in his career a close friend encouraged him by saying, "If you are going to remain in non-profit work, apply only at those organizations that have the greatest capacity to reach the largest number of people for eternity." Following his friend’s advice, Dan has worked in Christian non-profit ministry development positions for over 20 years. Since joining the In Touch staff in 1997, his most significant realization and challenge has been to help others see stewardship not just in financial terms, but as a way of living.
Married for more than 30 years, Dan and his wife, Sherry, have three grown children, Phoebe, Joel and Mimi. Dan’s life verse is Romans 12:1-2, “Therefore, I urge you, brothers, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as living sacrifices, holy and pleasing to God—this is your spiritual act of worship. Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will.”
 Mid-Atlantic Territory - Johnny Dunkley
The Mid-Atlantic region includes the Carolinas, Virginia and West Virginia. Johnny joined In Touch as the Ambassador for the Mid-Atlantic Territory in July of 2005. Prior to that, he was involved in banking, medical sales, and was a small business owner. He has listened to Dr. Stanley for over 15 years and enjoys sharing the truths of God’s Word and encouraging other believers in their journey of faith in Jesus Christ. When he is not at work, Johnny enjoys spending time with his wife, Lisa, and their two daughters Taylor (7) and Kendall (4) at their home in Columbia, SC. They enjoy various outdoor activities like biking, hiking, and going to the zoo where they can enjoy God’s creation. They are also active members of a local church where Lisa teaches 2 year olds and Johnny teaches 6th grade boys.
Having experienced God’s grace, mercy, and love in powerful ways, one of Johnny’s favorite Bible verses is I Peter 2:9 – “ But you are a Chosen People, a Royal Priesthood, a Holy Nation, a people belonging to God, that you may declare the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His wonderful light.”
 Southeast Territory - Kimberly Sheridan
The Southeast region includes Florida and parts of South Georgia. Kimberly joined In Touch Ministries as the Southeast Ministry Ambassador in May 2005 and resides in Central Florida. Her previous background includes being a consultant within the pharmaceutical and software industries as well as a former public school educator. She enjoys being discipled by Dr. Charles Stanley and loves to share the truth and love of Jesus Christ with others by encouraging them in their spiritual journey through faith, prayer, scripture, and strong relationships.
She is an active member of a local church where she devotes her time to serving at the church in community outreaches, children’s ministry, and other church volunteer opportunities. Kimberly enjoys spending time with her parents, family, and friends, as well as participating in many outdoor activities, women’s bible studies, reading, and cooking for friends and family.
One of Kimberly’s favorite promises from the Lord is in Jeremiah 29:11-13 “For I know the plans I have for you, “declares the Lord, “Plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Then you will call upon me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you. You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart.”
