You’ve been a loyal and generous supporter of this ministry. I hope you continue to enjoy “In Touch” on television or radio in your area.

During Memorial Day weekend last year, we launched the In Touch Messenger project. Thanks to the generous support of our partners, 50,000 of these portable, solar-powered audio devices are in the hands of U.S. troops. And 30,000 more are on the way.

Now, one year later, I’m excited to tell you that we are producing 60,000 additional Messengers in English, Spanish, Arabic, French, and Mandarin Chinese. This new, international version of the In Touch Messenger is a unique and exciting way to share the love of Christ.

God has called believers to be His witnesses “even to the remotest part of the earth” (Acts 1:8). Jesus was very clear when He entrusted us to fulll the Great Commission: “Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit” (Matthew 28:19). God wants you to impact lives where you live. But He has also called us all to share the gospel across the United States and around the world.

The international version of the In Touch Messenger is the next step in our effort to share the gospel with as many people as possible, as quickly as possible, as clearly as possible, as irresistibly as possible, through the power of the Holy Spirit to the glory of God. While you may not be able to go to the ends of the earth yourself, you still can be the Lord’s messenger. Your faithful prayers and gifts can help place an In Touch Messenger in the hands of someone halfway around the world—someone who is hungry for God’s Word.

It costs approximately $35 to translate, record, assemble and ship one International In Touch Messenger. Pre-programmed with approximately 30 hours of biblical teaching, these solar-powered, handheld audio devices will be distributed through a worldwide network of missionaries, local pastors, ministry partners, and mission agencies. Each contains 35 powerful and inspiring messages which have been strategically chosen to guide a person from salvation through discipleship.

The will and plan of God is for the gospel to be preached to every tribe in every language. Producing In Touch Messengers in English, Spanish, French, Arabic, and Mandarin Chinese is just the start. The Lord has given us a vision to translate biblical teaching into 120 languages. You can be a part of that plan!

Together we can continue to impact lives for eternity. Thanks to your support, God is using In Touch to reach the lost and encourage believers. Here are just a few of the many letters and testimonies we receive:

From Cuba: “Every night we gather together three families to listen to your teachings. That truth of the Scripture is most needed today. Thank you for your encouraging message of the gospel.”

From China: “As the message is shared, I see the problems that are within my spiritual being. At the same time, I see God expressing His will and His hope on how He wants us to live our lives through His Word.”

And from Canada: “Our son was killed while working with his dad on our construction site. You were there day after day for me to listen to and hear God’s Word spoken to me. It seemed that it was always there exactly when I needed to hear it to get me through the day.”

What a privilege and a blessing to carry God’s Word to these brothers and sisters in Christ! But there are so many more people across the globe who are still waiting to be comforted—still longing for the hope that only the gospel of Jesus Christ can give them.
